The Town Council owns the allotment site at Higher Ridgeway which has approximately 90 plots. The administration, accounting and general management procedure of the allotments are the responsibility of the Town Council. The Ottery St Mary Allotment Association Management Committee (‘the Committee’) represent the interests of the allotment holders and to keep the Town Council informed on all aspects of the allotment area. The charges for each plot are based on the size of the plot and are calculated per square metre.
All our plots are currently leased and there is a waiting list. The Council are actively looking for another plot of land to expand the allotments and any interested landowners should contact the Council.
