The Ottery St Mary Food & Families Festival is a free, community-organised event that celebrates local food and talent. It is held annually in its new location at Ottery Nursery. The festival features a wide range of food and drink stalls, chef demonstrations, cookery workshops, entertainment, and activities for all the family.
The festival was first held in 2012 by a small group of individuals who wanted to create a platform for local food producers and businesses to showcase their products and services. The festival has since grown in popularity, attracting over 3,000 visitors in 2021.
