If you are looking for somewhere to hold a party or need a space for your club to meet, then the Town Council have several rooms available to rent by the hour.
For a party, the Station Hub is ideal as it has lots of parking for your guests, three large rooms, tables and chairs, pool table and a fully equipped kitchen. There is wheelchair access to both rooms. High speed internet is available, along with a projector and screen in Platform One.
The hub is currently available Saturday afternoon and evenings, and all-day Sunday.
Weekdays are usually vacant every day before 3pm and all-day Friday.
If you just need a smaller room for your regular club meetings, then the Council rents out the Council Chamber and the Meeting Room. These are available most days and evenings for rent on an hourly basis at very reasonable rates. Full tea and coffee facilities are available in the meeting room, plus high-speed internet.
