Cold weather is forecast for the next few days and overnight temperatures will be low.
EDDC have therefore activated their Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) until the morning of next Wednesday, 8 January 2025, to enable rough sleepers in East Devon to access emergency accommodation.
