Ottery Community Theatre is an amateur society formed in 1985 following the very successful Colway Theatre Trust production of Ottery’s community play ‘The Ballad of Tilly Hake’ by Sheila Yeger. The society’s objective is ‘”to promote the performing arts and to encourage public appreciation of such arts in the community of Ottery St Mary and District”. Since its formation, the society has staged some memorable productions
