The Council are formally applying to DCC for the path at Slade Road to become a Public Right of Way. Part of this process involves collecting information from residents who know that this path has been used as a footpath for many years.
If you would like to provide supporting information please download and complete the attached form. The completed form can be posted through the Council Office door and will be submitted to DCC as evidence. Paper versions are available from the Council Offices, please email clerk@otterystmary-tc.gov.uk to arrange collection.
